I love a smocked dress! Once again, it’s a hit! The Hillary dress is smocked in the front and back the sleeves are full length making this a perfect option for spring, summer or fall! I can’t wait to style this with boots and a cute jacket this fall but right now, it’s the perfect warmer weather dress! It’s not right anywhere and the smocking all over the top means any bust size will work! I had plenty of room to move my arms and that’s a problem area for me sometimes! I have a 38D chest and I love how the small laid! The Hillary cinched in under my bust making me look thin in this flowy masterpiece! I also loved that it was plenty long enough!
