This Ivy Printed Surplice Neck Flutter Sleeve Slit Dress is designed for comfort and style - featuring a surplice neckline with slight stretch, floral patterned ruffle sleeves, tie waist, midi-length, and classically-placed side slit. Crafted from 95% polyester and 5% spandex, the dress lays perfectly and can be sized up for more bust room. Make a statement today - machine wash cold and tumble dry low. I have a 43 in bust (around the widest part of my chest) but my BRA size is a 38 so use that as your variable! I sized up to the large to be sure it would fit my bust and it did! The medium would have worked too but I loved the way the large laid! I had tons of room in the body and because it ties at the waist, it was never too big!
